Payment schedule: 1. 50% of the total amount with work order. 2. 40% of the total amount after handover the 3d views. 3. 10% of the total amount after handover the design part. Time schedule: • The time line for this new project will officially start after receiving the work order. • Validity of this agreement – 24 months after official start. (12 months for design and 12 months for top supervision.) • Due to Covid19 pandemic extra time may be needed. Additional notes: • Any changes required by the client after approval, will be consider as additional work for which Creative Cube will be entitled to additional fees. • Any delay from the client’s side (e.g., communicating final decisions, frequent changes or payment delays) may result in delay/extension in the timeline of the design process. • Upon suspension, deferment or termination of the project, the consultant shall be paid in full all outstanding fees and disbursements. • Creative Cube shall only provide hard copy and images of the required design.
