3. Architectural Consultations & Proposals

4. Turnkey Solutions & Site Execution

For turnkey interior projects, material specifications, acoustic engineering designs, joinery fabrication, and craftsmanship standards will strictly adhere to the signed master agreement. Any client-initiated variations or site adjustments will be processed with formal change orders and mutual written sign-offs.

5. Acoustic & Studio Performance Guarantees

Specialized acoustic treatments, floating floor systems, and vibration damping designs are calibrated using architectural acoustic modeling. Environmental factors beyond the agreed structural perimeter must remain within standard baseline parameters for guaranteed decibel attenuation.

6. Limitation of Liability
